The hotel has a great location, just a short distance from shopping and the main train station, making it very convenient. The service was genuinely friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. However, the rooms need immediate refurbishment as they felt outdated and not very comfortable, and we even had to change rooms because of space issues. Overall, the value for money is questionable given the room conditions.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with the rooms being clean, spacious, and quiet, making for a comfortable experience. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, which really stood out. The hotel has a great location, close to shopping, museums, and the train station, making everything easily accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. However, the room I was given at first wasn’t prepared and had a lingering cigarette smell, which was quite off-putting. Thankfully, I was moved to a much better room that was cooler and quieter, facing a courtyard, which improved my stay significantly.
